Job Title: Intelligent RobotBusiness Specialist

Job Description

1. Customer maintenance and relationship management

1, Responsible for the market development of intelligent AI robots, quadruped robots, and wheeled robots in target industries (such as industrial manufacturing, logistics warehousing, security patrol inspection, education and research, family services, etc.), formulating regional or industry sales strategies, and exploring potential customer needs.

2、Establish a customer resource database through industry exhibitions, online and offline visits, and achieve the goal of new customer development.

3, Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly visit customers, understand product usage, solve customer issues in product procurement, installation, and after-sales docking, and improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchase rate.

4, Collect customer feedback on product features, performance, and price, and synchronize it with the product R&D and marketing departments in a timely manner to promote product optimization and sales strategy adjustment.

Second, the sales target is achieved.

1. Based on the sales target issued by the company, formulate personal monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to ensure the completion of the sales target, sales volume, and collection indicators for three types of robots.

2、Be responsible for the full process of sales follow-up, including customer demand communication, product scheme customization (such as recommending suitable robot models according to customer scenarios), quotation negotiation, contract signing, order follow-up and collection recovery.

Three, Product promotion and brand promotion

1, Familiar with the technical parameters, functional advantages, application scenarios, and competitive differences of three types of robots, provide professional product explanations and demonstrations for customers, and develop targeted sales plans (such as the quadruped robot application plan in the industrial inspection scenario, the wheeled robot scheduling plan in the logistics scenario).

2、Assist the marketing department in carrying out product promotion activities, such as organizing customer experience meetings, participating in the creation of brand promotion content, and enhancing the company's robot products' recognition in the target market.

Job requirements

1College degree or above, majoring in marketing, mechanical electronics, automation, robotics engineering, etc. is preferred;

21-3 years of sales experience, candidates with sales experience in smart hardware, robotics, industrial automation, logistics equipment and related industries are preferred, candidates without experience but with strong learning ability and sales willingness can be relaxed.

 

Job Title: Smart RobotOverseas Sales Specialist

Job Description

1、Market research and analysis

Focusing on Intelligence AI Robotics, quadruped robots, wheeled robots, and humanoid robots are the four major product lines. The research goals are to understand the industry policies, market demand, and competitive landscape of overseas markets. A quarterly / annual market analysis report is formed to provide a basis for sales strategy development. Tracking the technological trends and changes in application scenarios of the overseas robotics industry to explore potential market opportunities.

2、Overseas customer development and maintenance

By developing new overseas customers through international exhibitions, B2B platforms, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), industry association cooperation and other channels, establishing a customer resource library and dynamically updating it. Maintain core old customer relationships, regularly communicate product usage feedback, demand changes, provide customized sales solutions, enhance customer repurchase rate and loyalty, and solve business issues in customer cooperation.

3、Execution and promotion of sales business

Meet customer needs, provide detailed information on robot products, assist customers in completing sample testing and evaluation, and develop personalized sales contracts.Track the entire order process: coordinate with the production department to ensure scheduling according to order requirements, coordinate with logistics (ocean, air) and customs clearance companies to handle export procedures, follow up on the recovery of payment, and ensure that orders are delivered on time and the collection rate meets the standard.

4, Product Promotion and Brand Building

Cooperate with the marketing department to develop overseas promotion plans, participate in overseas online promotion and offline activities, and enhance the brand awareness of the company's robot products in the target market.Collect improvement suggestions from overseas customers on products, feedback to the R&D and product departments, and promote product iteration and upgrading to adapt to overseas market demand.

5、Cross-departmental collaboration and after-sales support

Work with the R&D department to accurately convey technical requirements to customers and assist in solving technical questions from customers; coordinate with the after-sales department to coordinate product installation guidance, fault repair, and warranty services for overseas customers, and improve customer satisfaction.

Job requirements

1College degree or above, International trade, Marketing, Electrical Machinery, Automation, Robotics Engineering and other related majors are preferred;

21-3 yearsof foreign tradework experience, candidates with sales experience in related industries such as smart hardware, robots, industrial automation, logistics equipment, etc. are preferred
